SEASONED CURD PACHADI

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil and fry mustard and fenugreek. Add onion, garlic, chilli, curry leaves and chilli powder one by one and saute on slow fire.
  • When all the ingredients are well seasoned remove from heat.
  • Mix sugar and salt with the curd and beat it well. For better taste place it in the fridge and allow to cool lightly.
  • Add the seasoning at the time of serving, make sure not to stir.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams thick curd, not too sour 
  • A Pinch of sugar 
  • Salt to taste

Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon onion slices thin and round
  • 10-12 garlic flakes crushed in skin 
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder 
  • 1 teaspoon mustard 
  • ¼ teaspoon fenugreek 
  • 4 dry chillies each cut into pieces 
  • A few curry leaves
