MANGO PACHADI

Preparation Method :

  • Fry mustard, fenugreek, black gram dhal, curry leaves and dry chillies in hot oil. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
  • Mix the chopped mango, onion, green chilli and ginger. Squeeze together. Add the crushed mustard and mix lightly. Add coconut milk to it.
  • Add the seasoning to the chopped mango mixture with sugar and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams finely chopped mango 
  • 50 grams onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoon green chilli chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ginger chopped
  • 300 ml fresh coconut milk 
  • 1 teaspoon crushed mustard
  • A pinch sugar

Seasoning

  • A pinch of fenugreek
  • 1 teaspoon black gram dhal
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • A few curry leaves
  • 2 dry chillies each halved
