CURD PACHADI

Preparation Method :

  • Squeeze the onion slices in salt water. Separate the slices.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Cool the pachadi by placing it in the fridge. Serve cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams onion Sliced to thin and round 
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli chopped
  • 400 grams curd, beat well
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
