MUTTON CURRY WITH CRUSHED MASALA

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the meat with salt, turmeric and vinegar, remove with stock.
  • When the meat is tender and stock thickens remove from fire. Heat oil and ghee and saute the crushed onions.
  • When it changes colour add the ginger, green chillies, garlic. Stir well till it is sauted.
  • Add stock and as it boils then add meat ,cummin seeds and mixed spices powdered. When the gravy thickens remove.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Mutton cut into fairly large pieces 
  • Sufficient Turmeric, vinegar and salt 
  • 20 grams Ghee (melted) 
  • 30 ml Coconut oil 
  • 30 grams (crushed Small red onions 
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger crushed 
  • 6 Green chillies crushed 
  • 5 Garlic crushed with skin 
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper crushed 
  • Pinch of each Cummin seeds and mixed spices powdered
