MUTTON CHOPS

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a skillet and saute ginger and garlic pastes along with the chopped onions. When browned add tomato and stir till the water is absorbed.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder, Keep stirring for a few minutes. Mix in the boiled meat and sauté .
  • Pour the stalk and simmer, add the powdered spices, salt and pepper to taste. When the gravy thickens remove and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Mutton sliced along with the ribs. Boil with salt and vinegar 
  • 200 ml of mutton stock 
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic paste 
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger paste 
  • 200 grams Onions chopped fine, rubbed in liquid salt and rinsed in water and squeezed out the water 
  • 1 Tomato chopped 
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper powder 
  • ¾ teaspoon Chilli powder 
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Vinegar 
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 ml Cooking oil

Powder these ingredients

  • 1 pinch Cummin seed 
  • 2 Cloves 
  • 2 pieces Cinnamon 
  • 1 Cardamom
