MASALA FRIED PORK

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix well all the ingredients except for sautéing with the pork.
  • Pressure cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the contents from the cooker.
  • Heat oil in a thick bottomed for sauteing. Add the mustard and allow it to crackle.
  • Add the onions and curry leaves and allow the onions to brown.
  • Add the cooked meat and fry till it turns blackish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams Pork, finely chopped
  • 50 grams Ginger, finely sliced
  • 150 grams Onions
  • 4 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 8 tablespoons Coriander powder
  • 4 teaspoons Chilly powdpr
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon Meat masala powder
  • 2 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 4 teaspoon Salt
  • 300 grams Coconut, cut into pieces

For sauteing

  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 200 grams Onions, finely sliced
  • 4 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 5 tablespoons Sesame Oil
