TIN-FISH PAPPAS

Preparation Method :

  • Soak coriander and chilli powder. Heat oil, fry with mustard and fenugreek.
  • Add the ingredients in onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute. Add the soaked ingredients and brown in oil.
  • Add tamarind water, salt and tamarind , when the curry boils reduce the heat and add the tinned fish gently.
  • When it becomes very hot, pour milk slowly, tilt the pan to mix everything and remove from fire.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Tin-fish 
  • 10 ml Cooking oil
  • Little Mustard
  • Little Fenugreek 
  • 30 grams Onion sliced long 
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic sliced long 
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger sliced long 
  • 4 (partly split) Green chillies 
  • 15 grams Coriander powder 
  • 15 grams Chilli powder 
  • Fish tamarind (kudampuli)
  • Salt to taste 
  • Water in which the (kudampuli) is soaked 
  • 50 grams Thick coconut milk
