Preparation Method :
- Crush the dry chillies, fenugreek and pepper. Heat oil and fry mustard , then the crushed ingredients. Saute over low heat.
- Add red onion, garlic, ginger and curry leaves. When it is sauted add water, tamarind, salt, curry leaves, turmeric and fish.
- When it boils add coconut milk. When the gravy thickens and cooked oil separates remove the lid from the pan.
- This curry should be served only when it is cooled.

- 6- 8 Pepper
- 50 ml Coconut oil
- ⅛ teaspoon Mustard
- 100 grams Red onions sliced long

- 1 teaspoon Ginger sliced long
- 1 stalk Curry leaves
- Sufficient Water
- Fish tamarind (Kudampuli)
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric
- 100 ml Coconut milk extracted from 100 grams of grated coconut
