FISH PIRALAN

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil and fry mustard. Add the ground onion and stir over stow fire. As it browns add ground red chillies.
  • When sauted put the gashed fish and sprinkle plenty of curry leaves over the fish.
  • Add sufficient salt and water. Simmer and when the graxy coats the fish remove and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Fish 
  • 30 ml Cooking Oil
  • 2 pinches Mustard 
  • 120 grams Red onions ground 
  • ½ dessert spoon Red chillies ground 
  • A handful Curry leaves 
  • Salt and water
