FISH AND TAPIOCA CURRY

Preparation Method :

  • Grind the coconut, seeds from red, red onion, garlic, turmeric. Coarsely grind the grated coconut.
  • Boil tapioca in water, drain and smash while still hot. Keep the ground ingredients in the middle of the tapioca and cover and cook.
  • When steam comes stir with the handle of a ladle. Add fish stock and salt to taste. Stir in the flacked fish.
  • Season with the oil, mustard, onion, curry , grated coconut ,note that grated onion should be fried well.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Tapioca diced small 
  • 250 grams Fish boiled with salt and tamarind and flaked 
  • 100 ml Fish stock
  • 100 grams Grated coconut 
  • ½ teaspoon seeds from red chillies 
  • 2 Red onion 
  • 2 slices Garlic 
  • A little Turmeric
  • 10 ml Cooking Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Mustard
  • 10 grams Onion finely chopped 
  • 1 stalk Curry leaves 
  • 25 grams Grated coconut
