Preparation Method :
- Boil the sugar with water for 3 minutes.
- Add the grated coconut and cook till the mixture is almost dry.
- Add the crushed cardamom.Beat the egg well.
- Add the white flour and mix well.
- Add water and blend well so as to make a smooth lump free batter.
- You could run this in a blender for a minute.
- Add the sugar and salt and mix well.
- Heat a flat pan and grease it with a few drops of oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter and make thin medium sized crepes.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove the lid and cook for 1 more minute.
- Place some filling lengthwise on to a side of the crepe and roll it over gently.
- Remove from fire and serve warm or chilled.

- 5 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt

- 300 grams Grated coconut
- 200 grams Sugar
- 4 Cardamom
