PALAPPAM

Preparation Method :

  • Prepare porridge with semolina and water.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except salt to it. Mix lightly.
  • Keep aside for 5 hours.Add salt.
  • Heat the kadai, brush lightly with sesame oil.
  • Ladle the batter into the center.
  • Twirl the pan just once to spread the batter so as to form a lace Cover and cook for a couple of minutes. Remove from the kadai and serve with vegetable stew.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams Fine rice flour 
  • 300 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Semolina      
  • ¼ teaspoon Dry Yeast        
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar            
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
