QUISEDA DE BRINGELA

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Grind all ingredients to fine paste.
  • Grind the coconut and remove the thick first extract and then the second thinner extract, keep aside.
  • Heat the sauce pan, put in the oil.
  • Add sliced onions, saute till the onion turns brown.
  • Add in the ground masala and saute for two minutes on low flame.
  • Add the thick coconut milk with salt, sliced brinjal and cook.
  • Serve with boiled rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Brinjal, Sliced    
  • 3 teaspoons Shredded Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder    
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds    
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic    
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger    
  • 6 Cloves    
  • 12 Peppercorns    
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind    
  • 3 Green chillies    
  • 3 Dry Red chillies     
  • 4 Onions, Sliced    
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped    
  • Salt to taste    
  • 50 ml Cooking oil
