FRESH MUSHROOM MARDOL

Preparation Method :

  • Fry all the ingredients of roasted spice powder and grind it.
  • Add all the ingredients with the roasted spice powder and mushroom.
  • Mix well. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Saute the mushroom mixture together in oil till it becomes dry and serve with chapattis.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Mushrooms, parboiled and drained, set it aside
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind pulp
  • 1 inch size Ginger, Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Curry leaves, Finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 50 grams Onions, Finely chopped
  • 4 Green chillies, Finely chopped
  • 6 Garlic flakes, Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Grated coconut

Roasted Spices Powder    

  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds    
  • 1 tablespoon dry coriander seeds
  • 4 Red chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Peppercorns        
  • Salt to taste
