Preparation Method :
- Mix all the pastry ingredients together. Add enough water to knead to a soft pliable dough. Roll out into a thin sheet.
- Cut into small pieces and line small boat-shaped moulds.
- Lightly butter the moulds. Prick the bottom of the pastry.
- Beat whites, fold in sugar and beat again. Mix in the rest of the filling ingredients.
- Half fill the moulds with the filling and bake in a moderate oven till golden brown.

- 150 grams sugar
- 50 grams chopped cashewnuts
- 50 grams chopped raisins
- ¼ teaspoon almond essence

- Lime juice to taste
