Preparation Method :
- Heat milk in a pan. Bring to boil.
- Then reduce to low heat and stir constantly for about 20 - 30 minutes. Keep stirring at regular intervals, till the milk thickens and acquires a granular consistency.
- Remove from fire, add sugar and stir till dissolved. Then add vetivier and stir.
- Cool, remove to a bowl, garnish with pistachios and refrigerate.
- Serve in individual bowls, cover with silver leaves and then refrigerate.
