COCONUT CREAM TOFFEE

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients and put in a pan. Keep on stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Put on a greased slab. Cut into pieces when cold and store in airtight tin.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 coconut, ground to a paste
  • 350 grams cream
  • 400 grams sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon essence of rose
