Preparation Method :

  • Take a pan and gently fry the rawa till light brown.
  • Beat egg yolks and sugar together.
  • Add rawa to the beaten egg yolk followed by the salt, baking powder, grated coconut, cardamom powder and butter.
  • Keep it aside at least for an hour, preferably overnight.
  • Take the mixture and roll into small balls.
  • Now grease the baking tray and place the balls with about inches space between each.
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 160°C.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams Semolina (rawa)
  • 75 grams Butter
  • 250 grams Coconut, grated
  • 150 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 9 Eggs yolks
