APPLE, CARROT AND WALNUT CAKE

Preparation Method :

  • Sieve flour with baking powder and cinnamon powder and keep it aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, gently mix together the eggs and sugar.
  • Add the butter and continue to mix till the butter is incorporated into the sugar and egg mixture.
  • Mix carrot, apple and walnut. Add flour slowly and fold it to the mixture.
  • Grease the mould and spread the mixture evenly.
  • Bake for about 30 - 40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, cool it and apply the marzipan frosting garnish with Marzipan carrots.

INGREDIENTS

  • 220 grams Plain flour
  • 75 grams Chopped walnuts
  • 100 grams Grated carrots
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 grams Butter
  • 300 grams Sugar
  • 50 grams diced Apples
  • 50 grams Marzipan
