LULAS PICANTE CON CEBOLAS VERDE

Preparation Method :

  • Wash the squids in running water
  • Remove the ink bag tentacles and plastic like spine from the tube. Wash it properly again.
  • Marinate it with salt, lemon juice, chopped garlic, ginger and chili flakes
  • Keep frying pan on fire with olive oil. Fry the squids well till they curl.
  • Add spring onions to it. Take care not to over cook the squids.
  • Check the seasoning and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg Fresh squid
  • 2 bunches Spring onions
  • 75 grams Chilli flakes
  • 50 grams Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger
  • 75 ml Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
