SOPA DE CAMARAO

Preparation Method :

  • Clean and mince the shrimps.
  • Boil potatoes and grate. Keep aside.
  • Finely chop onion, garlic, celery and parsley.
  • Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan, over medium high heat.
  • Saute the onion, garlic, celery and bay leaf until soft and translucent Add tomato puree and continue to cook over medium heat for two minutes.
  • Add minced shrimps and white wine. Cook for about 2 minutes. Now add stock and bring it to simmer.
  • Add the grated boiled potato, continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Season it with salt and Tabasco sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Minced shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Celery
  • 1 tablespoon Onion
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 100 grams Potato
  • 75 ml Tomato puree
  • 750 ml Shrimp stock
  • Salt to taste
  • Few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 3 tablespoon White wine
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
