PATTIES

Preparation Method :

  • Divide the dough into balls and roll each ball out into a thin disc on a floured board.
  • Cut into strips 4 inches in width. Place mince on one end of each strip and roll up into a flat roll.
  • Stick down the loose ends with a thin flour paste. Deep fry the patties to a golden colour.

INGREDIENTS

Mix to Stiff Dough

  • 225 grams refined flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted ghee
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • Salt to taste

Ground to Paste

  • 550 grams minced mutton, boiled
  • 2 onions, fried in little Cooking oil
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • ½ inch piece ginger, fried in little Cooking oil
  • 3-4 flakes garlic, fried in little Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon powdered cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • A few coriander and mint leaves
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste

Thin Flour Paste

  • 1 teaspoon Refined Flour
  • 2 teaspoon water
