MANGO BALLS

Preparation Method :

  • Dip slices of mangoes in the batter.
  • Deep fry the mango balls to a golden colour.
  • Drain and serve hot sprinkled with castor sugar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into thick rounds

Blend to batter

  • 50 grams sugar
  • Pinch of ground cardamoms and nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter
  • 150 grams refined flour
  • Salt, to taste
  • Castor sugar, to taste
