THAI GREEN CURRY

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil until medium hot and add the Thai green curry paste. Stir it till half done.
  • Add the king prawns and saute in the paste. Add the vegetables and herbs and cook till half done.
  • Add the second extract of coconut milk, sugar salt and fish sauce.
  • Then add in the basil leaf with thick coconut milk and simmer till cooked. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams King prawns, cleaned, rinsed
  • 250 ml Coconut milk (200 ml of thick extract, 150 ml of thin extract)  
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Kaffir lime leaf
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon grass
  • 4 Thai brinjal, diced
  • 45 grams Long beans, diced  
  • 1 tablespoon Thai basil leaf
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Thai green curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
