PRAWNS WITH GARLIC AND BUTTER

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the prawns with salt, egg white and cornflour. Dust prawns with cornflour and deep fry till golden brown.
  • In a wok, add a little water.Then add butter, garlic and chilli wild pepper powder. Toss the prawns in and stir fry and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Prawns
  • 250 ml Cooking Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli wild pepper powder
  • 145 grams Cornflour

Marinade

  • 2 Egg white
  • 3 tablespoons Cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
