Preparation Method :
- Grind all the ingredients except the prawns and the oil. Marinate the prawns with the spicy paste.
- Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pot and add in the marinated prawns with the marinade.
- Stir on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the oil rising up from the sides of the pot and the spice paste has turned to dark red shade.
- Taste and adjust seasoning and serve.

- 500 grams Prawns, peeled, deveined and washed
- 225 ml palm vinegar
- 150 ml Palm feni
- 25 grams Chopped garlic
- 20 grams Chopped ginger
- 120 grams Sliced shallots
- 25 grams Dried red chillies
- 2 tablespoon Black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 3-4 Cinnamon
- 120 ml Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 6 Cloves
- Salt, to taste
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
