PRAWN KARWARI

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the prawns with salt, lime juice and turmeric.
  • Heat oil, add garlic and ginger and sauté then add the chopped onions with green chillies and fry.
  • Finally add in the prawns and stir fry for 5 - 7 minutes or until cooked.
  • Sprinkle the remaining lime juice and coriander. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 King prawns, Clean, de-vein and washed
  • 75 ml Cooking Oil    
  • 50 grams chopped Garlic    
  •  2 tablespoon chopped Ginger
  • 50 grams chopped Onions    
  • 25 grams chopped Coriander leaves    
  • Chopped Curry leaves    
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 chopped Green chillies    
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric    
  • Salt to taste
