PRAWN DANGAR

Preparation Method :

  • Mix in all the ingredients together with the prawns, add tamarind water. Divide into equal parts.
  • Make the patty and roll in rawa. Shallow fry until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Prawns, Clean and chopped    
  • 150 grams Coconut, grated        
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves, finely chopped    
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder    
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 2 Onion, chopped        
  • 4 Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Rawa    
  • Cooking oil for frying    
  • 1½ teaspoon Sambar masala    
  • 1½ teaspoon Besan    
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind water    
  • Salt to taste
