PRAWN CUTLETS

Preparation Method :

  • Form the ground paste into cutlets, roll in crumbs, dip in egg, roll in crumbs once again and deep fry to a golden colour.

INGREDIENTS

  • Bread crumbs
  • 2 egg, beaten
  • Cooking oil for deep frying

Ground to Paste

  • 500 grams prawns, cleaned, washed and boiled
  • 2 onions, fried in little Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon powdered cumin seeds
  • 3 flakes garlic, fried in little Cooking oil
  • ½ inch piece ginger, fried in little Cooking oil
  • 2 green chillies
  • Handful of coriander leaves
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste
