MASALA FRIED PRAWNS

Preparation Time :

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in pan. Add crushed mustard seeds, garlic, onions and curry leaves. Fry till light brown.
  • Add the tomatoes and cook for some time.
  • Finally add in the prawns and cook till done. Adjust seasoning with salt and sprinkle the chopped coriander.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Prawns, cleaned, coarsely chopped
  • 70 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 50 grams chopped Onions
  • 50 grams chopped Tomatoes
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 Lemon
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
