WHOLE LIME PICKLE

Preparation Method :

  • Soak the limes for 24 hours in water. Drain and cut each into four
  • Stuff the salt and garam masala into the limes, pour juice on top and sun for about 10-15 days.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg limes, soaked for hours, drained and cut into 4 without breaking them at the bottom  
  • 45 grams garam masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • Juice of 250 grams of limes
