STIR FRIED SEAFOOD

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the seafood with salt, pepper, sesame oil, corn flour and egg white.
  • Deep fry the seafood and keep aside.
  • Take wok, heat oil. Add garlic, chilly, diced cut spring onions and fry for about 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Then add beans sprout, diced cut red and yellow pepper, diced celery stick, pakchoy. Fry well.
  • Add all the sauces and seasoning.
  • Add deep batter fried sea foods. Cook for 2 minutes until all the sauces mix properly with all the ingredients.
  • Garnish with spring onions stalks and coriander. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams King prawns, Cleaned
  • 250 grams Sliced fish fillet, Cleaned
  • 50 grams Pakchoy and Chinese cabbage, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilly Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Celery stick, Diced
  • 150 grams Squids, Cleaned and cut into rings
  • 1 tablespoon Beans sprout
  • 2 tablespoons Red and yellow pepper, Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 1 Beaten egg white
  • Few drops Sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, Finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilly, Finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs Spring onion, Diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green part of Spring onion and coriander for garnish
