DEEP FRIED SEAFOOD FRITTERS

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the Cleaned prawns, fish, octopus and scampi into roundels. Marinate with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Dust in seasoned flour and deep fry. Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 220 grams Squid, cleaned
  • 220 grams Octopus, cleaned
  • 220 grams Scampi, cleaned
  • 220 grams Prawns, cleaned
  • 220 grams Fish fillets, cleaned  
  • 100 grams Refined flour
  • 50 grams Iceberg lettuce
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 Lemon
  • IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for deep frying
