Preparation Method :
- Sauce: Pour the remaining wine to the pan and bring to a boil over high heat, scrapping and deglazing the particles sticking to the pan.
- When it reaches a thick consistency, pour brown sauce. Simmer it for about 20 - 30 seconds.
- Marinate the lamb chops with oil, red wine, crushed pepper, rosemary and salt for about 2 -3 hours.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated lamb chops for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Heat the butter in a pan, saute onion and garlic until soft and translucent.
- Add boiled spring potato, salt, pepper and vinegar and transfer it to the serving plate.
- Place the cooked lamb chop over the warm potato preparation.
- Drizzle the sauce around the lamb chops. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- Serve with crusty rolls.

- 1 teaspoon Parsley, Finely chopped

- 3 tablespoon Red wine
- 1 tablespoon Brown sauce
