CHORIZO OMELETTE

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan and drop in the sausages. Fry the sausage till golden and crisp.
  • Add the onions and stir them till they are soft and then stir in the spring onions and tomatoes.
  • When the tomatoes are pulpy, add the beaten eggs and coriander leaves.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a pan and when the bottom part appears firm and golden, flip it over the other side. When the eggs are cooked through, serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 145 grams thinly sliced Goan pork sausages
  • 30 grams Chopped onions
  • 30 grams Chopped spring onions
  • 4-5 Eggs, whisked till fluffy
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 30 grams Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
