BRAIN CUTLETS

Preparation Method :

  • Whisk the egg and place the marinated brain in it, then roll it in the breadcrumbs and pat well.
  • In a non-stick pan, heat oil and slide the cutlets in. Cook them on medium heat, turn over and continue to cook till both sides are evenly golden. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 320 grams Lamb brain, cleaned, washed and marinate in the spicy paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 45 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 50 ml Cooking Oil

Ground to Paste( Spicy Paste)

  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Peeled garlic cloves
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 5 grams Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
