Preparation Method :
- Grind cumin seeds (jeera), coriander seeds, red chillies, garlic, ginger and tamarind to a coarse paste.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions till soft. Add in the ground masala and fry.
- Finally add in the coconut with shellfish, adjust seasoning with salt and cook until all the water has evaporated.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams Coconut, grated
- 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 90 Shellfish, clean, rinse and scoop into one shell.
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon tamarind
- 5 flakes Garlic, finely chopped
- ½ inch Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 3 Red chillies
- Salt to taste
