Preparation Method :
- Pickled Chilli : Mix the chopped red chillies, vodka, gin, salt and water. Allow it to soak for about 5 hours.
- Marinade fish with salt, sugar, shredded ginger and oil. Steam the fish fillet for about 15 - 20 minutes.
- Take the fish out of the steamer and spread pickled chilli with the pickled liquid on top of the fish.

- 500 grams Fillets of pomfret
- 10 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 100 grams Pickled red chilli
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, finely shredded
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- Salt to taste

- 100 grams Fresh red chillies, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Vodka
- 2 tablespoons Gin
- Salt, to taste
