Preparation Method :
- Place some tomato with little water and other spices in a food processor, process to a smooth paste.
- Heat little oil and fry garlic, then add onion, tomatoes and green chillies and stir fry.
- Add ground spices and stir fry for about 2 - 3 minutes. Add measured water and allow to boil. Then add fish and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and vinegar.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Shark fish, clean and cut into 2 inch pieces, marinate with salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper corns
- 2 Tomato, Chopped
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Tamarind
- 2 Onion, Chopped
- 15 grams Garlic flakes, Chopped
- 3 Green chillies, Chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon kashmiri dry red chillies
- ¼ teaspoon Vinegar
- 2 grams Cocum
