Preparation Method :
- Marinate the fish with mustard paste, lime juice, ginger garlic paste, salt and freshly ground pepper. Keep aside for two hours.
- Saute garlic with little butter in a pan. Add blanched spinach and toss for a while.
- Add the cream, salt, freshly ground pepper and nutmeg powder and stir. Cook for a couple of minutes.
- Set some of the cooked spinach on a plate, spreading it a little to form a bed.
- Lightly pan fry the fish in a non-stick pan with olive oil, till lightly brown on both sides.
- Place the fish fillets on top of the spinach puree. Put the remaining spinach on top of the fish and cover it completely. Garnish with fresh cream. Serve hot.

- 4 Rockfish fillets, cleaned and rinsed

- 3 tablespoons Cream
- 5 bunches Spinach, cleaned, blanched and roughly chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A pinch Nutmeg powder
