PLA RAD PRIK

Preparation Method :

  • Dust the fish fillet with corn flour.
  • Deep fry till crisp and golden brown. Arrange on a plate.
  • Sauce: In a pan, saute garlic, crushed red chillies, bird's eye chillies and makroot leaves.
  • Add stock with all the ingredients, adjust seasoning and pour over the fish and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Fish fillets, cleaned, fillets
  • 400 ml Cooking oil
  • 3 tablespoons Cornflour

For the Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped    
  • 6 Red chillies, chopped    
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar    
  • 6 Makroot leaves    
  • 3 sprigs Sweet basil
  • 2 teaspoons Stock    

Cornflour for thickening

  • 1 tablespoon Nam pla    
  • 2 teaspoons Dark soy sauce    
  • 6 Birds eye chilies    
  • Salt and pepper to taste
