Preparation Method :
- Fill the squid with the shrimp mixture and close the mouth with a toothpick to prevent spilling out while cooking.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute bay leaf, onion and garlic until soft and translucent.
- Add tomatoes, tomato puree, lime juice, salt and pepper. Bring it to a boil.
- Place the stuffed squids and cook it on a slow heat for about 10 - 12 minutes, stirring gently with the sauce.
- Filling : Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft and translucent.
- Add minced shrimps and white wine, lime juice, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.
- Cook till tender. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

- 1 tablespoon Garlic, Finely chopped
- 500 grams Small squids, cleaned and rinsed
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 no Bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons Onion, Finely chopped
- 100 ml Tomato puree
- 100 grams Seedless tomatoes, Finely chopped
- 1 no Lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Filling
- 250 grams Cleaned, rinsed, Minced shrimp
- 2 tablespoons Onion, Finely chopped
- 1 no Lime
- Few drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, Finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon White wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon Parsley, finely chopped
