HANOI FISH WITH DILL AND TURMERIC

Preparation Method :
- Marinade: Marinate the fish with turmeric, chopped garlic, chopped kha ginger, salt and pepper.
- Pan fry the fish. Remove and plate. Fry onion rings.
- Top the fish with chopped spring onions, dill, crushed peanuts and fried onion rings. Serve with rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams River fish, deboned and sliced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Kha ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Topping
- 1 teaspoon Peanuts, crushed
- 1 Onion, cut into roundels
- 6 Spring onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dill leaves
