HANOI FISH WITH DILL AND TURMERIC

Preparation Method :

  • Marinade: Marinate the fish with turmeric, chopped garlic, chopped kha ginger, salt and pepper.
  • Pan fry the fish. Remove and plate. Fry onion rings.
  • Top the fish with chopped spring onions, dill, crushed peanuts and fried onion rings. Serve with rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams River fish, deboned and sliced     
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, chopped    
  • 1 teaspoon Kha ginger, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder    
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Topping

  • 1 teaspoon Peanuts, crushed    
  • 1 Onion, cut into roundels
  • 6 Spring onions, chopped    
  • 1 teaspoon Dill leaves
