GINGER AND CHILLY STEAMED RED SNAPPER

- Marinate the red snapper with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Fold green chilli and ginger between the fillets. Cover with aluminum film and steam for fifteen minutes.
- Saute with ginger, garlic and onion.
- Add soya sauce and oyster sauce and fish stock. Thicken with corn starch mixed in water.
- Garnish with pickled ginger. Serve steamed fish on brown rice accompanied with stir fry vegetables.

- 250 grams Red snapper fillet
- 3 tablespoon Soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 50 grams Zucchini, julienned
- 50 grams Squash, julienned
- ½ Bell peppers, julienned
- 50 grams Brown rice
- 25 grams Carrot, julienned
- 50 ml Fish stock
- 2 teaspoon Brocolli
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
