FRIED FISH DUMPLINGS

Preparation Method :
- Mash the fish with the potatoes, chillies, ginger, pepper, green mango and salt. Divide the mixture into even, golf-ball sized dumplings and roll them into cylindrical shapes.
- Roll each cylinder lightly in the flour, dip in the egg and then coat it well with the breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry them until they are evenly golden. Remove the dumplings and place on an absorbent kitchen paper towel to drain. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Fresh white fish, boiled with salt and turmeric powder, discard the liquid and the bones
- 1½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 225 grams Boiled and peeled potatoes
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh chillies
- 2 tablespoon Chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon Pepper powder
- 25 grams Chopped green mango
- Salt to taste
- 50 grams Flour
- 2 Beaten egg
- 75 grams Breadcrumbs
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil to deep fry
