Preparation Method :
- Grind all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.
- Heat the pan and add in the paste with little water to give gravy consistency.
- Add the fish and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes or until tender. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams King fish steaks, cleaned, cut into slices and apply salt
- 400 grams Coconut, grated
- ½ teaspoon Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 225 grams Coriander leaves
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 flake Garlic
- 2 teaspoon Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 9 Green chillies
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil
