FISH TEMPERADO

Preparation Method :

  • Grind all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.
  • Heat the pan and add in the paste with little water to give gravy consistency.
  • Add the fish and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes or until tender. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams King fish steaks, cleaned, cut into slices and apply salt    
  • 400 grams Coconut, grated        
  • ½ teaspoon Cloves    
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns    
  • 225 grams Coriander leaves    
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder    
  • 1 flake Garlic    
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom    
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon    
  • 9 Green chillies    
  • Salt to taste    
  • Cooking oil
