DEEP FRIED CRISPY MUSSELS

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the mussels in the chilli paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and ginger powder.
- Mix marinated mussels with the rice flour and semolina till it is evenly coated.
- Heat the oil and slide in the mussel one at a time and fry them till they are crisp and golden. Sprinkle on the lemon juice and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Mussels meat, cleaned, washed, drained and dried.
- 75 grams Semolina
- 50 grams Rice flour
- 2 tablespoon Dried red chilli paste
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon Ginger powder
- Salt to taste
- Juice of one lemon
- Cooking oil to deep fry
