SPICY MASALA SCRAMBLED EGGS

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil and add the onions, stir for 2-3 minutes or until they turn soft and then add the tomatoes, fresh chillies, turmeric and salt.
  • When the tomatoes are pulpy, add the eggs and coriander leaves. Stir for a couple of minutes till the mixture begin to thicken.
  • Continue stirring till the moisture has evaporated and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 grams Chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped tomatoes
  • 4-5 Whole eggs, whisked  
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
  • A pinch turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
