KULLIAMCHEM MAAS KOTTAMIN

Preparation Method :

  • Wash and clean the crabs and boil in a little water 10 - 12 minutes. Drain and cool. Remove the flesh. Retain two shells for filling.
  • Shred and mince the crab flesh.
  • Now chop onions, garlic, green chilies and coriander leaves finely.
  • In a pan heat butter, add the chopped onions and garlic and saute.
  • Add haldi, chopped green chilies and saute. Mix in the crab meat and chopped coriander. Season with salt and sugar.
  • Fill the crab meat into the shells.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs, top with grated cheese and gratinate.

INGREDIENTS

  • 220 grams Crab
  • 2 Crab shells
  • 2 Onion
  • 3 Garlic
  • 3 Green chillies
  • A pinch Turmeric (Haldi)
  • 3 sprigs Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for gratination
  • Cheese for gratination
