CRAB FRIED RICE

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the pan or a wok and add oil, when hot add in the beaten egg and crabmeat.
  • Stir for a minute and then add in the cooked rice followed by the spring onion, oyster sauce and soya sauce. Toss until combined.
  • Adjust seasoning and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Crab meat, boiled and shredded    
  • 250 grams Cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil    
  • 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce    
  • 1 teaspoon Light soya sauce    
  • 50 grams Spring onion leaves, chopped    
  • 1 Egg, beaten    
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar    
  • White pepper powder and salt to taste
